Spring Energised PTFE Rod Seals RVA

RVA is a single-acting, spring-energized rod seal energized by a special spring. The advantage of the spring seal ring lies in its low friction and relatively constant preloading force over a relatively large deformation range. The spring-energized loaded PTFE seals are used wherever friction must be kept within a narrow tolerance range, for instance, in pressure switches.
