What is hydraulic cylinder piston seal types?

According to the function, there are double-acting piston seal and single-acting piston seal.
Single-acting piston seal:When two seals are used in tandem, it can prevent pressure trapping and improve sealant life.They are often used in equipment with high-pressure retention requirements.

Double-acting piston seal: has sealing function on both sides, and there is lubricating oil between the piston seal ring and the cylinder wall to help the seal reduce friction and wear.
